From the middle of 2022, the experimental production “DAFMI” began work on the development of a new products line – rubber spare parts. For the start, simple products were chosen – bush stabilizer bar, based on classic technologies with adaptation to modern requirements. It should be noted that the “inspirer” of this project is a long-time partner of the enterprise – the company “GPL” from Poltava, one of the leading distributors of spare parts for cars in Ukraine.
With the help and supervision of specialists of the Ukrainian State University of Chemistry and Technology in Dnipro (Faculty of Chemical Technologies and Ecology), molds were developed and manufactured, the technology was adjusted and the first batch was released. Laboratory tests showed that “DAFMI” products fully meet the requirements of car manufacturers in terms of strength, hardness, dimensions and other parameters. Road tests are still ongoing – no comments have been made in three months.
Stabilizer bushings for the Lada Samara (code RD743SF) have already been mastered and are available for sale, from December bushings for the Lada Nova (code RD656SF) will arrive, and then the production promises to delight with new products once a month.
