Since 2003, the company has a section for the assembly and testing of brake hoses. The guarantee of quality are equipment from Nelson (UK) and components from suppliers to the car factories. Over the years, the market has gratefully accepted DAFMI products – more than 400 tho1usand brake hoses ensured reliable braking. The products were also supplied to the OES AvtoZAZ service network for Tavria and Lanos/Sens cars.
In 2023 DAFMI specialists optimized the product line of brake hoses, selected suppliers of tubes and fittings, tested samples, received batches of components and presented an updated range for the 2024 season.

DAFMI products differ in the following:
– The tube is made of polymer synthetic reinforced rubber, which has a reduced capacity for volumetric expansion, increased resistance to mechanical loads, high and low temperatures, oil and gasoline resistance. The tube is 100% compliant with the requirements of the international standard SAE J1401, used by conveyor suppliers. In particular, according to this standard, a white stripe is applied to the tube to control twisting.
– Fittings have an anti-corrosion coating in white or yellow. Rolling is carried out using Nelson equipment, which provides guaranteed pressing quality.
– Products are designed to work with any brake fluid of DOT 3/4/5.1 standards.
– Each hose assembly is tested for leaks under elevated pressure. Destructive strength control is also provided for samples from each batch.
– An advantageous difference is the complete set of accessories – springs, buffers, etc. For logistics convenience, the packaging is a plastic sleeve with a label that displays all the information on the product, including cross codes and original codes.

The products are in the company’s warehouse and ready for shipment.
