DAfmi brake discs are made of high carbon cast iron. They are made according to standard technologies at the modern facilities of a partner company specializing in the manufacture of discs and drums. After casting, each billet passes 100% control on the internal structure of the metal and the absence of pores and caverns on the surface. Machining is carried out in a fully automatic mode. Likewise, balancing is done. Each disk is polished “in size” with a diamond tool. After this, characteristic circular risks remain on the product.
